Voices United of Southern Illinois

Voices United is a community choral group consisting of people from all over southern Illinois, and which meets in or near the Murphysboro/Carbondale area. It has a tradition, extending back more than 20 years, of performing selctions from Handel's Messiah during the Christmas season, and has also performed various works for Logan Days, civic celebrations, Flag Day, and the 4th of July. Membership is open to anyone of High School age or above who is able to come and sing (younger persons may occasionally be permitted to sing at the sole discretion of the director).
